The agreement behind the relationship.
These terms govern your use of cesuitedigital.com. Client engagements are additionally governed by the signed agreement for that specific scope of work.
Fair use, plainly stated.
- Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
- Don't scrape, copy, or republish our content, designs, or case studies without permission.
- Information on this site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
Scope, payment, and ownership.
Scope. Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment. Fees, schedules, and any payment-plan terms are stated in your agreement. Late or failed payments may pause active work.
Ownership. On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our underlying processes, templates, and tooling, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Cancellation. Either party may end an engagement per the notice terms in the agreement. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
What we can and can't promise.
Marketing outcomes depend on your market, offer, effort, and factors outside our control. Content on this site is informational and does not guarantee specific business results. Any performance commitments are those written into your signed agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
