Program Development Agreement
This agreement is between you ("Client") and CēSuite Digital ("CēSuite") for the program development package selected below. By accepting, you're authorizing us to begin extraction sessions, program architecture, and production.
1. What's included
Offer architecture: outcome, structure, modules, inclusions · Your curriculum and materials organized: sequencing, workbooks, worksheets, facilitator notes · Ethical, defensible claims and clear boundaries · Program, level, and framework naming plus the story behind it · Offer and pricing structure (tiers, cohort vs. self-paced) · Sales narrative and launch-ready enrollment copy · Initial ads campaign setup plus training on managing the campaign
2. Investment & billing
$2,500 one-time is charged via secure Stripe checkout. Where a monthly retainer applies, it is activated on your kickoff call and billed monthly until cancelled with 30 days' notice. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is not included in management fees.
3. Timeline
Most programs take 4–10 weeks depending on module count and how much of the structure needs rebuilding. We confirm your production schedule on the kickoff call and share progress in your client portal.
4. Your commitment
You'll attend the working sessions and supply your own curriculum, lessons, and materials, plus timely feedback at review checkpoints. CēSuite organizes and structures what you provide; we do not author your teaching content. Delays in sessions, materials, or feedback may extend the delivery date.
5. Ownership
Your curriculum and materials remain yours throughout. On final payment you also own the structure, organized materials, and written assets we produce together, in full. CēSuite does not issue, award, accredit, or set up credentials or certifications of any kind.
6. Refunds
Because we reserve production capacity and begin discovery immediately, payments are non-refundable once work has started. Monthly retainers can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. If something isn't right, email candice@cesuitedigital.com and we'll work it out together.
