Migration Services Agreement
This agreement is between you ("Client") and CēSuite Digital ("CēSuite") for the migration package selected below. By accepting, you're authorizing us to begin scoping, rebuilding, and launching your new site.
1. What's included
Everything in Migration + SEO Foundation · Ongoing SEO/AEO retainer at $799/month (activated after kickoff) · Monthly content + page improvements · Conversion tracking and analytics review · Quarterly strategy calls with Candice · Priority support + continuous iteration
2. Investment & billing
$1,997 migration deposit today, then $799/mo retainer is charged today via secure Stripe checkout. Any change in scope (added pages, new features, third-party integrations) will be quoted before work begins.
3. Timeline
Migrations typically take 2–6 weeks depending on page count, integrations, and content readiness. We'll confirm your production timeline on the kickoff call and share weekly progress inside your client portal.
4. Your commitment
You'll provide brand assets, access to your current site/host/DNS, and timely feedback at review checkpoints. Delays in feedback or access may extend your launch date.
5. Ownership & handoff
On launch, you own your domain, content, code, and analytics in full. We hand over documentation and access for anything relevant to running the site.
6. Refunds
Because we schedule production capacity and begin discovery immediately, payments are non-refundable once work has started. If a package isn't the right fit, email candice@cesuitedigital.com and we'll work it out together.
